A house for a guinea pig

An attempt on recreating a poof I saw on the internet

During this year, I learned to not be afraid of mistakes. Of course you don’t want to make mistakes, but when you start thinking about not making mistakes, that’s where you’ll make the most.

When I was making the guinea pig house, it was my first time holding a nailgun. I was so afraid that if I messed up, I could start all over again.
A wise man told me “Don’t be afraid to make mistakes. We’ve got enough time and material here.” and he made me confident enough to do it. My first shots weren’t exactly where I wanted them but they were good. Gradually my shots were getting more and more accurate and I started less thinking and just did it.

The wise lesson on making my first table was probably “Use more glue for the joints.” because I can already see how it’s not stuck as perfect as I wanted it to be.

For the poof, I don’t really know where it went wrong. The foam under the fabric was supposed to get pushed down and make an almost round edge. That didn’t really work out.
I also should have probably used a different glue for it as the glue I used didn’t really stick to foam despite of what it said on the canister.
